You may already know that I’m a host of the Sober Mom Squad, a community for moms who are sober or sober curious. I lead two meetings a week and I’ve formed lifelong friendship with some of these women.

I made a video the other day reminding people to seek out community, and mentioning Sober Mom Squad. One commenter lamented “I wish there was a Sober Dad Squad.”

I get DM’s about this each every so often, generally from wives who follow me to better understand their partners’ struggle. It’s easy to find women, including mothers, speaking openly about alcohol, addiction, and mommy wine culture. Where can dads go for support?
